You can customize the From address used in release notification emails to reflect your own domain or brand name.This helps improve trust and deliverability when communicating with your audience.
How to enable

Navigate to Settings page
Go to Settings → Email in your workspace.

Enter your From address
Enter your preferred From email address (e.g. updates@yourcompany.com).

Save
Once verified, click Save Changes to activate your custom From address.

Verify ownership
A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered.
Open the email and click the verification link to confirm ownership.

How it works
After verification, all outgoing release and roadmap notification emails will use your custom address in the “From” field.If verification isn’t completed, Onset will continue sending from the default address.
