Your page is available through onset.io by default. Your URL will look like this: yoursubdomain.onset.io.

If you’d like to use a different URL, you can create one by setting up a custom domain.

Enable custom domain

  1. Go to Settings -> Custom Domain

  2. Under the Domain, enter your custom domain. Example: - releases.example.com - releasenotes.examples.com

Create a custom CNAME record

  • Go to your DNS provider's website (e.g., or ).

  • Create a CNAME ("canonical name") record for your custom domain.

  • Point it at Onset's custom host domain, custom.onset.io

SSL Certificate

After you set up a custom domain, Onset will automatically issue a certificate and apply it to your domain. Please allow a few minutes for the SSL certificates to be issued and deployed before attempting to connect via your custom domain.
