# Team Members

Manage your team in **Settings → Workspace → Members**.

| **User** | Create and edit releases and milestones. No access to workspace settings or billing. |

There is exactly one owner per workspace. To hand it over, use **Settings → Workspace → General → Transfer workspace**.

  </Step>
</Steps>

## Approved email domains

Instead of inviting people one by one, you can let anyone with an email address at your company domain join the workspace. Set this up under **Settings → Workspace → General → Approved email domains**.

<Note>
  Approved email domains are available on the Business plan and above. See [Billing](/guides/billing).
</Note>

## Member limits

The Free plan includes 1 member; Team includes 5; Business and Enterprise are unlimited. If a downgrade puts you over the limit, existing members keep their access. You just can't add new ones until you're back under it.

## Remove a member

Open the member's row in **Settings → Workspace → Members** and choose **Delete workspace member**. Their releases and milestones stay in the workspace.
